Please could someone help me out. I've swapped the swing radio for an rcd310 unit and I have a few issues that maybe vcds can solve?

My volume wheel on the mfsw no longer works but the track skip function still does.

The volume is no longer muted for reversing with parking sensors. (Sensors still work fine).

In the service menu the dab antenna isn't shown as being connected, so I'm assuming it's not providing the aerial any power either. Does this have to be switched on somehow?

The DAB uses a completely separate aerial. About £20 from dabonwheels.co.uk

If it's anything like the Octavia, the newer headunit is not compatible with the parking sensor and climate control readouts. I go purely on the beeps in the Octy now, don't miss the display at all.

I have a digital aerial and I get a signal both sound wise and through the signal meter on the headunit.

The headunit has the parking display, it still beeps, it just doesn't mute during reversing anymore.

I miss using the volume wheel control the most, if there was anyway to get this working again I would be very happy.
