can anyone help me with my signiture.

i have been trying to put a picture from my gallery into my sig, i have used both the img and bb codes but neither work, when i click preview, the white box with a x in it comes up, and on the forums, it doesn't show anything. what am i doing wrong?

where is the image?

its in my gallery. its the vrs logo called 'badge'.

OK, I've just added an image to mine and it seems to work. Synatax for mine is

(img)http://www.slowblackskoda.com/TaviaRS/uploaded/yoda.jpg(/img)

Replace the round brackets with [] ones and it should work just fine.

The image will copy and paste something like this:

briskoda.net/yourimageblahblahblah.jpgpiashh=ojaio

What you need to do is remove the piashh=ojaio (or whatever it reads) after the .jpg so that it just reads

briskoda.net/yourimageblahblahblah.jpg

then using the image tags as tavia said you sould get it up.

thank for all your advice, i sorted the problem by going to the gallery and getting the URL from the properties menu and putting it in the code.

or just go and get your 15year old son to do it.

Go to your User CP and select Signatures:

SIGNATURE GUIDELINES :

* Only 1 image is allowed in any signature.

* No image is to exceed 400 pixels in width and 75 pixels in height.

* Commercial banners & links are not allowed *Without consent.

* Text should not have more than five carriage returns.
