Evening all, bit of help please.

My other half has a 2008 1.2 petrol Fabia 2. It's actually quite a nice little car, handles sweetly and goes well within its limitations.

My problem is I have long legs and a screwed left knee, in original Fabias I could stretch my leg but not in the new model.

Can someone advise how I can remove it?

Or is it just a cover over a more solid body part?

i.e. = no point in removing it for more legroom?

Should have two or three torx screws holding it in place, undo these and it slide up and off I think, have take one or two off, did this to check the air con drain was working correctly.
