I have A4 1U Octavia 1.8T L&K 150 ps and recently decided to change rims to 17'' and my choice will be audi rs5 rims pictured below

And the PCD 5*100 and it was hard to find these rims The offsett is ET35 for these rims. Do you think that will there be any problems using these rims ? As I searched the original Offsett should also be et35 for 1U Octavia. I will be waiting for your suggestions for these rims if it will be a good choice I will be glad if anyone inform me and suggest me if I am choosing the right rims/ Offsett

Shuld be okay with ET35 on 17's with either 205/50/17's or 225/45/17's depending on how wide rims are
