Hi I've just installed my wife's music collection onto the micro SD card and we're not getting any sound! Initially no music was detected by the PID so I installed one song outside the folders and now it recognises and appears to be playing the songs but no sound is heard, all other functions are working well, any ideas?

Make sure u havent muted the device and also make sure the car volume is turned up as when I first did mine all my volumes were off

Is this in the car or out of the car ? I found out that no sound plays out of the car if the PID is still connected to the stand, remove it and it is ok.

Just wondered as you may have the unit out of the car to transfer music.

You could also try resetting the PID unit, worked for me when the volume didn't work in navigation mode.

All sorted now thanks, it must have been a connection problem, tried it separate from the car and it worked so reconnected and all fine. Thanks for the replies.
