I've just found this on skoda Media website about the PID...

Another innovation in the Citigo is the Move&Fun multimedia system, which now provides an internet connection via the mobile phone, thus permitting retrieval of traffic updates and the like.

Sounds like we can use the PID as a connection point. Anyone else heard about this???

I think you are reading this the wrong way around. The PID uses your phone as an access point. Sounds like a good feature too, providing it doesn't hammer your data allowance!! :D
