Going to do front drop links on oct mk I ,, should i stay with plastic ones or renew with metal ones, does it make a diff ?

To be fair I don't think it makes much of a difference. The bush inside makes more of a difference then the material itself - dependent on whether you are going to be dropping it or not as well.
