Well, thanks to VrStu's dedication on Saturday, my car is now back to standard and what a different car it is to drive! :( Really makes you appreciate what a difference the Eibach setup made to the car's keenness to go round any bends as well as stability under braking/accelerating, and how the strut brace increased the feel of the steering.

Still, I reckon the next owner will not be leaving it standard for long

Because with it on, the car is worth the same amount of money as standard, so I figured, with a baby on the way, I can make more money by selling bits seperately

G'ah, Stratford is a bit rough. Where I live has parking on the street but I have started renting a space from the house across the road because I can't bear to leave the car on the road. The guy has CCTV, and I can look out at it from my living room / kitchen windows.

As a rule of thumb, you can knock the value off the mods of the car value. :(

Mods = thrashed car in a buyers eyes.

You're always better off removing if poss and selling seperately.
