Well guys, thanks for all your help and advice, I went to view the 1.2Tsi (105) DSG Elegance in (in yer face sprint yellow B) ) The test drive was brilliant with the 7 speed DSG box a joy. The car is in excellent condition for a '10' Reg 15K Miles and being 'Elegance' has plenty of toys such as Maxidot, Climate . Front fogs, Parking sensors with on screen visuals etc. Very impressed. It's bought and paid for but will be a little while before I collect as I am waiting for my Private reg to be transferred. There was also one small issue of some slight timing chain noise on start up, I knew from researching on here that this was a thing to look out for. Anyway it's going into Hortons Skoda to be checked and sorted just to be safe. So roll on another week or so and she'll be parked on my drive :love: .

    spoils the fun not having to play the game of guess when it is build, then how long before it gets to the dealers

    but nice choice, i'm in the waiting game for swmbo's citigo, 8 weeks in and 8 more to go according to update when I went in to see dealer today

    Cheers, I feel lucky to have found that spec and so close to home with such low mileage. I think 8 weeks in and more 8 to go I'd be climbing up the walls!! :giggle:
