Mines are in a bad way and could do with being straightend or new ones put on. Anyone done this??

Done it on plenty of other cars at work that have required new sills for there MOT, never on a fabia though.

What is it you want to know?

I've done one on a 9n polo which is more or less the same thing, you need to buzz all the undersell off underneath, plus there is about 100 spot welds to be drilled out too. It's not a job for the faint hearted.

I would suggest if they are not rotten, just get a body shop to straighten them, they would use a stud welder then use a slide hammer to pull any dents out.. It's far more satisfactory than replacing enite panels.
