N/S door problems

Hey, I've a had a few problems with my door and window but never actually bothered with them as they weren't too bad but last night the window dropped so I had to take the door card off to prop it up with a bit of wood.

•The cables snapped on the window mech and I've ordered replacement cables.

•The courtesy light doesn't come on when the door opens - I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem with this door or if it's the micro switch on the drivers side?

•The handle (from the outside) can take a few tugs before the door opens WD40 helps for a few days but obviously isn't a fix.

I'd like to tackle all these on the one day and hopefully have a fully working door
