Options for bottom boost pipe

Featured Replies

The lugs on the bottom boost pipe have finally given in and they will not hold anymore.

So I'm wondering what my options are?

- tried second hand pipe, lugs also worn

- tried replacing one coupler on original pipe, kept popping off as not enough hose to secure to.

- tried two couplers on new silicone pipe, pipe too long and angle too small to attach couplers securely when cut short.

New pipe from dealers is a hundred quid..

any other options?!

this happened to me in april, i went and bought bottom intercooler joint, i bought mine from TPS cost £84.99 plus 2 clips @ .82 pence each, add vat on top part number is 6Q145832C and clips numbers are 6Q145769A and 6Q145769. is there one close to you. hope this helps.
