Please can anyone point me in the right direction to find this part?? It's for a 2006 Octavia vRS??

There was a thread on this a while back.

They are as rare as rocking horse poo. Plenty around for the non-vRS FL Octavia but these are no good for the vRS.

Nothing listed on eBay or the Skoda parts website so your best bet will be to ring your local dealer in the morning for a part number and price.

Thank you once again silver1011 it was me that posted this a few months back I can't find anything to do with this and I'm not sure if Northampton has a dedicated skoda parts dealer to walk in and quiz them! All I need is someone to pop there cover out and give me the part number on the back if poss?

Surprising mpg Octavia Estate

On a journey from Cotswolds to Mid Wales (109 miles), I achieved 69mpg. Anyone else achieving similar returns? Journey was part motorway - M5, Gloucester to Worcester South - then Kidderminster, Bridgenorth, Shrewsbury. Cheers

I'm looking at a 2020 Kamiq SEL as a second car, which has the fairly rare 'adaptive' cruise control (not 'predictive adaptive'). I've had mixed experiences with ACC on two Citroens. My recent C5 has it, and it works great and very smoothly so long as you remember that all it really does is keep you on station with the car in front and stop you running into it. Our 2019 190 TDI was in the local, friendly, Škoda dealership for its 3rd annual service today. On collecting the car, the Service Manager told us that they'd performed a software update on the ECU but she didn't know what it was for; only that Škoda had mandated it. Has anyone else had this performed or know what it's for? TIA

Hello everyone, Recently, I had to replace both the front and rear CV joints on the prop shaft due to vibrations coming from the AWD system. While inspecting the driveshaft, I noticed that the center support bearing (carrier bearing) is completely worn out and has excessive play in all directions. Has anyone here gone through the procedure of replacing the center support bearing on a Skoda Superb Mk3 2.0 TDI 4x4? Is the bearing available separately, or does it only come as part of the complete
