Noticed that when the side mirrors are folded, the folding angle between left and right are different.

The left seems to fold more than the right.

Wonder if this is intentional or just on my car? Can someone try and confirm?

Yes, mine does the same. I queried it with the dealer and was told this is normal and they all do it.

The mirrors are generally mounted slightly differents left vs right so they are in the best position to be adjusted to give the best view down each side of the car. If you looked at the car from directly above you'd probably notice the difference.

I know MK4 Golfs and older Polos in LHD form used to have a completely different passenger door mirror to UK spec cars; looked tiny compared to the drivers side, not sure exactly why but likely due to the LHD configuration of the car.
