Featured Replies

Seen this link for Apex Lowering Springs http://www.dpmperfor..._2922_3281.html just wondering has anyone fitted these and what do you think of them? Want to fit 40 mil ones.

Also seen on this link H&R 40 mil springs, but Apex are nearly £30 cheaper. advice please..

64 views and nearly 24 hrs later and not one bit of help or advice. !!!!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot offer any advice or experience in terms of apex springs.

However, I do have the H&R springs and have to say I am very impressed with them, they do ride firm but that's to be expected, body roll is very reduced. I would recommend them. Most people on here either have H&R's or the eibachs.

Ben.

dont know of anyone who has used them.... assuming they are "progressive" springs (i.e. wound for comprt in the middle and hard at the edges) then i would think they are fine!

is yours an estate by any chance? I have some vRS estate springs, which would lower your car (not by as much as you want) buy you could ave 'em for £90? they are not suiatable for the hatch though...

Try Bren at Apex Performance in Bradford for advice & a great price on things such as springs, i know hes helped out people on the Volvo T5 & Evo forums.

Persoanlly I'd go for the H&R springs, you'll get the same drop with either but the H&R seem to give a more refined ride and work better with the standard shocks.
