I contacted Skoda UK to check when the Octy III Elegance with a 1.4TSi engine and DSG can be ordered and their reply yesterday stated orders can be placed from 23rd June. Also a new brochure with all the latest spec. is out today, so hopefully their online equipment list will match the configurator soon.

I ordered mine June 15th. Race Blue- LED rear lights & spare wheel. Shall we see which one arrives first. Early Sept.for me dealer says.

Ordered mine 26 June. 1.4TSi DSG Elegance in steel grey metallic - cornering lights,spare wheel,cill guards,front mudflaps,boot mat & boot nets. So going by what other members say looks like late Sept at the earliest for delivery.
