badgeless grill

Featured Replies

today quickly at lunch time i had a quick wander around the local scrappers for a pair of headlights for the fabia .... no joy .... although i came across a badgeless grill same as :

http://www.superskoda.com/fabia/sportgrills/skoda-fabia-front-badgeless-grille-elri

it is still in the matt black and the plastic looks like new but the mesh where the bonnet lever comes through has been ragged about by some ****** and is a mess ....

does anyone run a similar grill? if you do does the bonnet lever run through any sort of channel or is there just a hole cut in the mesh?

not sure if the grill is a bargin at £10 - 15

As far as I can remember it just sticks out a hole in the mesh. I think I've got one in the garage if no one can confirm

If you've got the grill already is it not pretty obvious?

i.e. there's a hole in it?! :)

I'm pretty sure with the milotec grill it's got a design hole for the bonnet release, i dunno about this one though.

with regards to lights there's a set here

or if you don't mind them a bit cloudy and off colour I've got a set you could have for half that price

nope its still in the scrappers and the hole is there but all the wire was bent back so the hole looked 3 times bigger than it should/ needed to be .... so i wasnt sure if something should be there or if it was poorly designed which had caused the mesh to get stoved in

as for the lights mine are cloudy and i might have ago at cleaning then when it eventually comes back from skdoa
