Good auto electrician halifax?

Featured Replies

Hi all

Anyone recommend a good auto electrician for finding a wiring fault?

I know that's what they do but I really need someone that won't just plug it in etc if that makes sense.

haha bloody auto electricians, you want a real electrician :p. have you contacted skoda regarding the issue? maybe they could offer some assistance if you pardon the pun lol. also, depending on who you know, any good electrician (doesnt have to be auto electrician), should be able to find the fault with a online pdf of the schematics possibly haynes manual one. usually though its the sodding earth!!

Its a right pain. I've had loads of the loom open in the bulk head. Thought id solved it. Well it did solve my speedo issue but now if its raining heavy it cuts out and after a bit shorts out so I have no electrics what so ever.

oooerrr! u tried taking it to a dry-spot (carpark) or whatever after driving in the rain, and looking for ingress?

Its mostly running out througg nsf corner behind the wheel. Cant really take it anywhere as it cuts out but rolling it into garage that's what ive found. It is right nr the ecu there obviously. Then the battery isnt much infront neither. All crucial things to be affected.

If you can link me a schematic drawing for the electrics I might be able to tell u where to look or such, u got an AVo or tester? I'm a maintenance electrician btw ;-p.
