Noob from Manchester

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I'll keep it short. Noob here from Manchester. I currently drive a Honda Civic Jordan which I've owned for 3 years now and I feel like it's time for a change. This has been my second car and my second Honda so I'm after something a little different. I'm hoping to buy a Skoda Fabia Vrs so I thought I'd sign up here and do a little research before buying one :)

Pictures of what I'm driving at the moment:

Hi and welcome aboard.

Thank you :)

That's beautiful!

I think you'll be unimpressed with the Fabia (well, after the InstaTorque™ feeling wears off...)

Welcome plenty of info and helpful peeps here!

Cheers buddy! To be honest I've never driven one but I think I know what to expect. I'm after something a little more practical than the Jordan for the time being while I finish my studies. I'm also looking at Seat Leon fr's (older model) but the interior just puts me off.

Seat interiors in general put me off! Most of them look very nice from the outside, but the insides are massive swathes of black plastic. Fabia vRS isn't much better to be honest in that sense. Test drive one, but just remember that it'll be nothing like your Civic to drive! Good slug of low down torque but little else, and won't handle either ;)

sorted that for you :)

Yeah, but we know what most Fabia vRS drivers are like ;)
