its only ON when pulled out so you can see it. Pushed in, it ain't on :D

From memory ,it's a switch to let cold air from air con ( when on ) keep things in the pocket cold . I believe that this is mentioned in the "seldom read user manual", and oft posted on the kitten killing search engine .

So it will keep my loose change cold which i keep there just incase i go a penny over at the pumps. Smashing !
