Im after doing something a bit different with my interior plastics but unsure on how to remove the vent surrounds?

I just pulled all mine straight out. Mine are sprayed gloss black. I used my firgers but u can use a cc card or screwdriver. Wrap the screwdriver in a cloth 1st tho to save on damage.
