Have many of you done it?

This is penciled in as an evening job this week, replacing with super pro equilivants.

Current plan is to burn them out with a propane lance, seems to be the easiest solution?

How hard are the super pro to re-fit? I plan to use a clamp to squeeze them both in.

If nobody knows then ill report back

Flame lance will be good to remove them. I read putting the new bushes in the freezer will help with fitting as it contracts the material. Found that out after I fitted mine so not sure if it works

Clamp and some metal plates is what my brother used when fitting the powerflex bushes to mine. It's a very tight fit when they first go in
