im having some trouble with a superb give it a rev and loads of black smoke comes out the exhaust,management light is on so i used VCDS on it and got boost regulation overboost condition intermittent so i ran output tests also done a vacuum test 20+inch at the servo and 20 inch on the actuator on the turbo but the rod was siezed so i had the turbo reconditioned by a very good company now ive built it back up and still exactly the same black smoke and lack of power has anyone ever came across this,ive also checked cam for wear MAF sensor reads 12v on wire 2 and 5v on 4 which it should i dont know where to look next any help would be appreciated thanks

cheers m8 probably end up replacing the valve soon but seems to be good the now fingers crossed the joys of being a mechanic for a taxi company
