Seat Toledo PD150

Featured Replies

Here is my Seat Toledo PD150 for sale

I was going to keep this for at least a couple of years, but I think I may have to go down the lease route thanks to a promotion at work with a car allowance (which I was told about Monday  :))

For those who aren't familiar with these, it is basically a Leon with a boot and has the Golf GTTDi 150bhp engine

Here are some details

2004 54 plate

Arctic Grey (but is actually silver coloured)

Just turned 82000 miles (which is very low for year)

12 months MOT, 3 Months Tax

FSH

Upgraded 17" Alloys with matching Toyo's all round (deep tread on all)

Sports Interior with Recaro style seats

Electric windows all round

R/C/L

Climate control

Multi CD

Powerfold mirrors etc.

Excellent condition inside and out with just the odd mark/stonechip here and there in relation to its age.

Brand new turbo fitted 03/04/13 with 9mths warranty remaining on it, as the old one decided to die

New O/S front brake caliper and pads fitted 12/06/13

Major service inc Cambelt/waterpump etc done at VW Independent garage Autohaus Dolby 22/05/13

Brand new Cupra front splitter

Just been clayed/polished/sealed and waxed

Ive spent around £1200 in the last few months on the turbo/brakes and cambelt, and it doesnt need anything else doing to it.

Basically, anything its ever needed its got.

Only negatives are a slight scratch on door, couple of small indentions on one door, a few stonechips to bonnet and very minor kerbing to an alloy. Thats it. If I get the asking price I will have those done anyway for the new owner.

I have every receipt from new and a fully stamped service book, along with both keys etc.

Fantastic performance, High 50's MPG, big boot, all the extras and cheap to tax (£74 for 6 mths)

Will make a great car for someone

Asking price is £2995 ovno

Contact me via pm if interested, and please no negative comments on my thread (Cos its not a Skoda lol)

Cheers

Damo

Its better than a skoda!

Wolf in sheeps clothing!

Good price too! A good £1500 cheaper than the equivalent leon! Plus you get a bigger boot! Win win i'd say!

Trying to work out if it's worth flogging mine and putting a bit of cash with it to upgrade. Would love the Tolly.

Go on, Ross, you know you want to

I was very happy with my cooking 1.9 TDi SE on an X plate while I had it, and the spec of this one is way, way above that

Good luck with the sale, Damo :)

I have pm'd you. Does it have cruise?

If it doesnt it can easily be fitted.

  • Author

No it doesnt have cruise, but as Tech1e said, easily fitted by a company such as Shark or Awesome GTi

PM replied to, thanks.

Forgot to mention in the description, it has a 6 speed gearbox for those not in the know, which makes it a great motorway cruiser. At 70mph its barely ticking over.

Cheers

Damo

Also

Garrett gt1749vb turbo (the one to have)

Also has a front mount intercooler as standard (good for 300bhp)

This is a smart car indeed, good price aswell, I am starting to regret buying a citroen xsara hdi as a runabout, I should of stumped up the extra wedge and bought summit with a bit of pace like this one for sale,

Good luck with the sale mate

Damo, does it have ISOFIX points in the back? Do you know if the clutch or flywheel have been done in its lifetime? Cheers

Just checked the owners manual and indeed it does have isofix points in the back yes.

Regarding the clutch, I cant find any receipt or anything in the history to say its had a new one, but I can honestly say its absolutely perfect and not a sign of slipping etc.

Thanks for the interest.

Damo

Thanks Damo. Good news on the ISOFIX too.

I shall have a think over the weekend and consider how much I can recoup from my car.

Cheers again

This car is a stunner! I would of in no doubt bought this off Damo. I was just short in what he wants for it which is fair enough as he has spent a a fair bit on the car. :(

1st person to see it though will buy it. Great guy too!!

I'm just sorry I couldn't do a deal with you Damo.

GLWTS.

Was a pleasure to meet you too Aidy, and likewise such a shame we couldn't do a deal

If I could have afforded to drop to your maximum budget I would have, as I know you would have looked after her in the manner to which she is accustomed.

Best of luck with your next car and hopefully see you around

All the best

Damo
