Things to do with VCDS in Lancaster... anything else?

Hi

I have a 2013 Fabia Monte Carlo.

I'm planning to find and ask an obliging member with VCDS in the Lancaster area to help me do a few things when I come and visit my parents, there is no one in the Highlands with VCDS :(

I would like the large speedo in MPH, outside temp shown all the time and needle staging on start up.

Also, and I'm not sure if this is possible or not, I would like to have the tail lights activated with the DRLs. I've read that you need to change the cars country but not sure what country.

Is there anything else that is well worth doing? I already have anti hijack turned on, single unlock, alarm beep on lock.
