If you take the glove box out you'll see a suitable grommet in the bulkhead you can use, then run the cables down the passenger side under the trim panel.

As said, you don't need to remove the glovebox though I you're lazy like me its doable

i took the glovebox off but cant really see anywhere my ac unit in the way

This was covered a couple of weeks ago, if you go from under bonnet where aircon pipes go in between them and inner wing there is a big grommet.

If you lift out the relay box from bulkhead its quiet easy to get to, i have a photo somewhere when am not on my phone

Thinking about it, I seem to remember the grommet I used was underneath the pollen filter, and to get at it from the engine side you need to remove the plastic trim panel under the windscreen. It was ten years ago when I did mine though, so my memory may be hazy.

I'm in Halesowen and can show you where it is, did mine 5 years ago, think i remember ?????

Its just behind black trunking where it runs up rear of bulkhead, there is a little relay box attached to bulkhead, lift it out and you will see it behind it, just pull firewall sound proofer to side and its there, big massive grommit
