Engine spacers?

Featured Replies

Has anyone had experience with these trying to take some strain off the drive shafts with the car being lowered.

if your on coillies / air .... raise it up ..... prob solved?

I don't understand why people get so worked up when the idea of engine raisers are brought up?

Your straightening out the angle of the shafts which isn't a bad thing, you just might need to do a chassis notch on the O/S leg.

Agreed, although if your driveshaft isn't catching on the chassis then there is no need for engine spacers because you're not low enough to need them. I had a chassis notch and 15mm engine spacers on my old MK3 golf and it ran fine, until I lowered it more then the steering arm caught on the chassis :( haha

Alot of people to it for more sump clearance aswell mind.
