i was thinking of getting a dvd too mate when the funds are available. the space in the fabia is a double din size so im told and believe. iv just bought a mini disc headunit so i was thinking of a single din dvd player. they can come with a in built dvd player and motorized flip out screen, usually go for about 400 pounds ( my keyboard doesnt have a pounds sign!!!!! weird as man), and u could get a headunit 2.

but that was only a suggestion, the answer to your question is yes, u should and will be able to fit the double din dvd player in the fabia.

Looks to me like a home built effort, but it still looks smart, and for the money

The Fabia is double DIN. Until now, I thought the only double DIN unit was a Kenwood jobbie...

I'd go for it mate, and then let me have a look before I take the plunge! ;)
