I have been reading about eibach springs and keep seeing bump stops brought up?

Have never had to change or trim them on cars I've lowered before, is there a shorter part number to swap them for?

If anyone could provide a part no and estimated price would be great?

dont have the part no but ibiza cupra bump stops are shorter .... genuine ones are around £11 each from tps .... so at about £44 for a set id try a go with the stanley knife first 

What actually happens with them at full length do they make for an uncomfy ride? And how much generally do people trim?

i have read that the suspension will be close to being sat on bump stops so people have trimmed around 30mm off the stops to accommodate the lower springs 

Im having them fitted this tuesday and not trimming them. Iv emailed a lot of tuners, jabba and awesome gti and they have said that standard are fine

With a 25mm drop on springs youll be no where near the bump stops at all. . Just keep standard ones. .

This is interesting. I have some Eibach springs coming from Demon Tweeks next week and I hadn't read anything about the bumpstops needing to be changed/trimmed?

I had eibachs on my vrs and it ran standard bumpstops. The fronts arent an issue at all, neither are the rears but i had to replace my rear bumpstops as they were worn and split so used some shorter ones for piece of mind. I re-iterate that standard bumpstops front and rear on a 25 mm drop will be fine.
