BTCC Race Day Hospitality - Rockingham September 15th

Following Beefy succesful DTM hospitality back in May and the subsequent unsuccessful attempt to get into the sold out end of the season BTCC meet I started looking at other venues.

 

Rockingham, with its central location and excellent viewing grandstands, are more than happy to have us. 

 

Their standard "VIP" package is sold on a "shared" basis (think everyone in one massive room) but if we took more than 10 places they'd give us our own private suite.

 

we'd get:

- Entrance tickets into circuit for Raceday Sunday & fully air conditioned hospitality suite
- Breakfast, two course buffet lunch & afternoon tea & cakes
- Freshly Brewed Fair-trade Coffee, Tea, water & biscuits served all day
- Full waiter service & complimentary bar serving a selection of beers & wines
- Pre-event organisation pack & VIP wallet containing directions & event information
- Official event programme
- Exclusive car parking (One per every two guests)
- Daily newspapers & fresh flowers
 

Cost for all this motorsporty goodness is £120

 

They have then also offered us a discount of 50% for Saturday qualifying and support race day if we wanted to make a true weekend of it.
