would a vrs dash fit into a classic? and work properly? if so, is it hard to install?

I think he wants to know which vRS (i.e. Furby/Octy) the dash/instruments has come from, and which car (same again) it's going into...

EDIT : With the TDI comment, i'm gonna assume it's a Furby. You say your's isn't a TDI. Is it a diesel though, or a petrol engine? If it's a petrol engine, the rev counter will be useless.

Might work in an SDI? :confused: They're easy to flick around - one bit of trim clips out, two T20 bolts, dash pops out, cable on easy side to remove, and reattach new dashpod in reverse. I suspect there's a lot of differences internally though between an SDI and a TDI... Maybe even between two TDIs? I'm about to find out. :D

Which bit of trim pops off, and how? I didn't know they were that easy to remove.
