Pretty sure it does, although the fog lights may be different to the ones you have - the vRS (and the whole of the facelifted range) now have round foglights

The fogs ARE totally different, so you'd need the foglights as well, if you have them, or if not, just have the foglight units but leave them unwired up for appearance only.

Its a nice bumper though - I wouldn't mind one, but decided to simply butcher my regular bumper instead.
