I'm still amazed that Skoda/VW have allowed this problem to persist.  You would have thought that they would have thoroughly investigated this issue and fixed the problem.  I know that there is a new engine but several people in this forum has reported issues with the new engine as well.

 

Had we the class action laws the USA have I am pretty sure that they would be have slapped with one.

 

 

Although it doesn't affect me, I sincerely hope that those that are get a permanent resolution to the issue.
