hi all i need to purchase a intercooler for my vrs so i can stage 2 it and i dunno wat one can peeps send ebay links on here so i can see what ones  just had decat fitted and car is going in limp mode every now and then and over boosting

THS do a 'flip' style one. Bout £450 so £2-300 cheaper but same size as forge one but you have to modify your own crash bar. You do get a new pancake pipe though. Can't find them on eBay but they do have a website.

For me it was Forge as exact fit , works well, great quality and looks great to. Ok not the cheapest but you can get very good deals these days from this site if you send for a quote from the tuners section.

I would also sort you limp mode and over boosting out before you go stage 2 as mapping with that will more likely make it worse.

But the best option is large eBay core wire 2.5 inch pipe work :-)

the reason for over boosting is the car was mapped with a cat i decatted it and since then it over boosts ive spoken to cntuning my mate clive   get me a price clive text me forge price 

Or you can have a nice 2nd hand forge one

That Ebay FMIC doesn't look that bad, claims to be capable of flowing for 600 bhp which I find slightly laughable........

My forge started restricting things at 300bhp at R-tech last year,put the EBay single pass on and went to 352bhp!

So for me,big turbo or K03s (incl hybrids!) it has to be a single pass from toyosports with custom boost pipes and do away with the pancake pipe if your budget will allow!

0.5psi pressure drop? Never in a month of Sundays,my old forge was losing 5-6psi!

If it handles 400bhp efficiently I'll give my car away!
