According to an aticle in Auto Express this week , the cost to service an Octavia is 52% cheaper than the uk over in France . Add to this the cheap cost of a ferry to Calais , filling up with cheap wine and Drinks on the way back , and then full tank of Diesel ( not at 90p ltr ) And a Dealer stamp ( to cover warranty )Know where my next service will be . They even give French translations and contact numbers .

Yeah i saw something about this on TV recently. Lots of people who live in the south have found it much cheaper. Apparantly there is a Merc garage literally 10 minutes away from the EuroStar exit and the prices are shockingly cheap.

I would consider it if i wasnt in the Leeds Area.
