When.I'm in your position I'm hoping to get a pd150 hybrid fitted as its a pain in the arse anyway.

Keeping my eye out for a knackered one to have hybrid sorted before it does go through.

There's a few topics and suggestions for places where this has happened before, try searching but none based in sheff as far as I've seen

Theres someone selling garretts in the for sale section quotes a load of numbers and facts which mean nothing to me but I'm sure some kind soul will tell. You if they would be any use to you.

The Garretts in the FS section are suitable for highly modified cars AFAIK. There is some debate as to whether these would even fit a fabia.

 

Your best bet IMO is to source a PD150 tubby from a Golf or the like, or even a replacement KKK. It depends what your future plans are.

Yeah thought about pd150 was even thinking about getting a whole car that's been hit say on rear, rob the engine and sell what I can. Would be able to modify the engine while it's out too

standard turbo for £180

better than £600-700 for a new one or a new PD150

 

bolt straight on and get you back on the road assuming your's is a later BLT engined car otherwise you'll need to blank off the EGR but no biggie

Yeah thought so looks like I may need a rebuild lol so thinking ditching engine or pay to have rebuilt with some extra goodness
