I've just bought a new alpine double din for my 57 plate fabia, cannot get to turn off with ignition any suggestions , I've tried swapping yellow and red over, the original stereo was a dance addition .

Just a daft one if swooping wires isn't working. You are taking the key out of the ignition not just turning to the off position

I have noticed know that with a volt meter I have two constant lives !? The key is completely out and still no different even if I turn ignition on I can't find the ignition wire
