Just looking for a little help - I'm just finishing painting my car in satin black (military paint).

 

Now obviously I'm not going to polish it, BUT do I need to wax it? It's just occured to me that the paint will be completely exposed. If so, will normal wax (Turtle wax) be fine, or do I need a specialist one for this type of paint?

You need a specialist kit mate. Have a gander at www.bearswaxfactory.co.uk. They do the Dr Beasley matte stuff.
