No brake lights!

Featured Replies

Was pulled over this morning by a friendly copper as i have no brake lights including the one in middle of back window so bulbs were first to be rulled out, i then checked fuse it was fine. Any ideas? Ive bin told there is a switch on the brake peddle? Any ideas what to do? Or who is best to take it to? I live in leicester. Any help greately appreciaced.

Yup broken brake pedal switch

Theres a guide on the interweb somewhere!

Bit fiddly to fit a new one but its easy enough for anyone to do

Agreed, brake pedal switch. £11 from the dealer, & very easy to fit. No need to press brake pedal, just make sure you twist the switch until it clicks into position. If it doesn't click it won't work.
