Missed Call from the dealer

Featured Replies

Just checked my mobile which is on silent (at work) to see that I have a missed call from the Skoda dealer from which I ordered my Citigo.  Tried ringing to be told that the relevant salesman is with a customer.  Now I am feeling as frustrated as hell as he told me he would ring as soon as he had a confirmed delivery date.

Ah yes,the dreaded waiting for the dealer to call you back dilemma.I am still waiting for a call back from a Skoda dealer from July 25' !.

I thought Skoda customer service was good. They get good scores in the driver power surveys, but obviously these dealers do not want to sell cars.

Smart are the same. In 2010 i e.mailed the local Smart main dealer asking for a price for a service. They ignored my e.mail,so i e.mailed the local Mercedes and Smart Independent who were fantastic, and replied instantly.I have used them ever since.

Just 2 days ago i went on the Smart web site to ask about a pre reg Smart they had advertised.I filled in the form to get a price for my part ex as well. I got an auto reply thanking me for my enquiry, and it said someone will contact me. Of course no one has contacted me. At least they have maintained there customer service from 2010.They were 100% rubbish then and they are 100% rubbish now.

I think you have to buy a Lexus to get good customer service. They come top every year in the surveys.Pity they do not sell a new Lexus for £8000!!

It's a great feeling in hindsight though.
