So far, SKODA is a total disappointment!!!!

 

They have just confirmed that the due date for a headlight to arrive in country (probably at the garage, but not sure) is 04/09/2013, FOUR weeks after it's been ordered.

No explanation why? has been given, no reassurance that next time I will need a spare I won't wait that long either.

Just an apology for the delay and allegedly a good will gesture (don't know what this means) when the car is fixed.

Most of all I wanted them to take actions, that such things don't happen again and no-one will have to wait a month for a repair. But they can't do this, can they?
