Has anybody here ever managed to remove the armrest and associated trim up to the DSG stick. I want to run a cable to the aux port inside the box so I can plug it into my phone which is mounted on a Brodit holder next to the satnav screen. I`ve had a quick look and it seems to be well stuck down

 

I use the TuneIn radio app on my Galaxy S3 sometimes to listen to various radio stations and don`t particularly want to have wires trailing everywhere.

I installed an aux port in the jumbo box of my brother in law's Passat not too long ago.

 

There were many hidden screws to be able to remove it.

 

I used this guide, maybe it is similar on the Superb?
