Tried to fit a remote central locking kit to my 99 GLX, the result of which is that the central locking now doesnt work on the drivers door, but works fine off the passenger door and the arm rest switches.

So which bit did I knacker?

(I couldnt make the kit work either - not a good afternoon's work...)

I tried to follow this guide but the white/yellow carries a permanent 12v, not switched by the locking, and the black/yellow didnt do anything when I connected it to the RC module, so gave up.

I fitted one to the same car over a year or so ago. If you do a search you should find my thread, i cant remember which wires i connected to now.

I cant find any other guide so if you have a lnik I would be grateful.

Is there any reason i cant fit the Right click kit to the front passenger door as this works fine with the key in the door?
