R-Tech

Featured Replies

Well I took the VRS to be mapped at R-tech on friday (Stage 1) Big Thanks to Ben and the guys the car needed 2 split breather pipes replacing before the map could be done, one they had in stock and one they got delivered within the hour (which was a bitch to fit), anyway its like driving a different car! the power is smoother and it just seems to keep pulling and much quicker than it pulled before dont really know how to descibe it!.

Also coffee, biscuits and a cold beer provided!! would highly reccomend using R-Tech, also was told any issues/problems bring it back and we will get it sorted, you cant say fairer than that.

The figures....

Stock

BHP 179

lbft Torque 173

After map

BHP 205

lbft Torque 245

Was also told that if Shell V-max was in the tank it would probably made a little more (210)I had BP ultimate in which they said is not the best as its only 97ron and V power is 99, so V power from now on.

Good going mate!

I can also vouch for the guys at R-Tech....

Now get it round combe at the action day in September!

I got 210bhp and 247lb/ft at rtech using vpower

Tesco momentum 99 and a remap on mine was 211 and 261ft/lb....... Easily the best £250 ever spent! Loads of my mates said "go for a revo" but after a good look on here I went for rtech and if I can ever afford a stage 2 setup I know where I'll be going!

I agree I drove upto R-tech from West London. Definately worth the petrol! I got 213bhp and 259lb/ft

Completely different car to drive!
