Well Mitchells have gone up a peg in my book,took the car back this morning(forgot to hand over the V5 yesterday) and got my litre of oil and they took the hand brake grip off the showroom model and put in on mine there and then to save me a trip back.

I still think I'd be asking the dealer how this happend and asking them how one of their staff stuffed up so badly?

Still a bit strange after the Yeti,but so far the car is great,very easy to drive and as people say very nippy for only 60 BHP.Have commented several times to the dealer that their PDI's are a bit slack letting such an obvious fault go unnoticed.Swansea DVLA seem to be on the ball-received my V5 on Saturday and received my tax disc today.

Filled in the customer satisfaction survey for Skoda last night about the buying experience from Mitchells,gave an honest and frank appraisal and I think you can guess what my opinion was-not very happy to say the least.
