dyno roll remap vs remap without

Featured Replies

Hi i'm going to remap my fabia and have two choices

Unit18 with a massive good reputation but without dyno

And something i found today, dyno roll remap for 150.... but company i never heard about

http://www.customtuning.co.uk/

Does anyone know them?

I'd go to Unit18 IIWY. From what I've read/ heard, Ali there certainly knows his onions and has proven history and testimonials from people on here.

Why does having a rolling road matter? Yes it makes it much easier for the mapper to log instead of going on the open road and logging but that only if they are actually mapping the car. If its just a generic map then it makes no difference.

Looking at Customtuning site they mention they work with the best tuning companies around the world. Which normally translates to we buy are files from the best companies around the world.

what about shark and their STS system?

When I had my Scooby I always had mine mapped on the road (by Andy Forest) and with me driving it, wouldn't have it any other way.

Engine tune is speciffic to each engine....the copy paste type of remap is not that good.....

Skoda don't bother, and for the most part they all run just fine.

My dads the same, apart from he's went from Andy to Bob Rawle,
