All I am going to say is that I did not sign up as a woman to deceive any one for dubious reasons. I was just protecting my identity after a very bad experience on another site when I give too much away and some one was able to fully ID me. It came as quite a surprise when some people started trying to get of with me. I admit it amused me, but that was a side effect not the reason. I am not going to fight with any of you.

My advice would be to limit your real information, not create a new identity that is so far from the truth.

I know a computer security 'white hat' who knows his stuff.  If pointed at any of our profiles, he can identify you extremely easily.  He does this daily to bring hackers to justice in the US for those who hire his employer to detect and protect their systems from attacks.  He's even found a teen hackers mum, where she works etc etc.  He used to post it on his blog, but stopped after death threats AFAIK.

 

Dont think no one will ever find you, or identify you.  If you're online, it's VERY easy i'm told.  You just need time and determination, but nothing more special than Google!
