Hey guys, I wanted help with some issues I had coding my Octavia 2 vRS. Well in the vRS here we only get the 1.8tsi, with 160bhp. And the car does not have ESP, just ASR. My car was a late 2011 built car. I wanted to activate XDS on this, but when I go into the ABS controller, it says controller not responding. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Initially I thought XDS was only available on cars with ESP, but someone who has the same spec car to me says XDS got activated on his, and has set it to strong.

Is it possible that I have an older controller, which is why it says controller not responding? Or should the older controller also respond, and have some options like brake assist, etc?

Please help me out. Don't understand whether its normal because mine may me a slightly older build car, or there is something up with some coding or the ABS controller.

Post up a (full) scan of the car, then someone with the same controller fitted may be able to help.
