Anybody had any issues with their 1.9tdi having oil in the fuel?

Basically, took the return pipe off the tandem pump and the fuel looks dirty. Cars also puffing blue-ish smoke on revs

Cars currently at Darkside but i wondered if anyone had any ideas or has had a similar problem.

Does oil pass through the tandem pump? Can they merge?
