I am selling my trailer, I built this in 2001 and it has served me well, last year it had all new timber and a lick of paint, also 4 tyres too, max payload is about a ton (you work out your cars abilities) it tows extremely well at motorway speeds and is surplus to requirements now.

 

 I am looking for £250 and I can deliver depending on your location or meet you in the middle.

What axles/suspension is under it? Any facility to add brakes (cause I don't fancy a tonne and no brakes).

it is based on Peugeot 205 rear axles, all hubs still have drums and shoes in them, simple addition of an over run hitch and cables you will have a four wheel braked trailer.

When you say 8x4 I assume that's externally? Meaning it'd be a smidge to small to get a sheet of 8x4 ply or plasterboard into? If its 8x4 internally I could be interested.

yes, overall dimension is 8x4 so you would not get a sheet of ply in there.
